Warranty
What The Warranty Actually Says
Written plainly, with the conditions included. Buildings are manufactured by Eagle Carports, Inc.; StormGuard Structures is an authorized dealer.
Workmanship
90 days workmanship coverage after installation.
Painted panels
20 years on painted sheet metal against peeling, cracking, blistering, flaking, splitting or delamination, conditional on normal care including clearing debris and cleaning every 6 months.
The vertical roof rule
Buildings 31 ft or longer must have a vertical roof to keep the 20-year painted panel coverage. A regular (arch) or boxed eave roof at that length carries a 30-day workmanship warranty only.
Compare roof stylesExclusions and care
Alteration by anyone other than a Seller-approved subcontractor voids all warranties, and Eagle is not liable for damage from inclement weather. Eagle repairs or replaces at its option.
Coverage assumes normal care: clear debris off the roof and clean the panels roughly every six months.
