Delivery and install
Free Delivery, Professional Installation
Delivery and installation are included in every quote. Most structures deliver in typically 8 to 10 weeks, weather permitting, and install itself runs one hour to two days depending on the structure.
Order to install
The six steps
-
01
Spec the building with us
We size it, pick the roof style, and confirm what your county requires.
-
02
Down payment and order submitted
Your order goes to Eagle for processing.
-
03
Order verification
Eagle confirms customization, pricing, and talks through site prep.
-
04
Scheduling
You get a delivery window, not an exact arrival time. Weather and traffic move it.
-
05
Fabrication
Built at the Eagle plant nearest you.
-
06
Delivery and installation
Handled by an installing subcontractor. Payment is due at delivery.
Lead times are estimates, not scheduled dates. Your address decides which Eagle plant builds the structure and how far it hauls, plant workload peaks in spring and summer, and weather stops both fabrication and install. Check Eagle’s live lead time map. Installation is performed by installing subcontractors.
Before the crew arrives
Site prep checklist
- Call 811 to have utility lines marked. It is free.
- Level the lot. More than 3 inches out of level triggers cut-leg and extra labor fees.
- Concrete pads must be at least 6 inches wider than the frame on all sides. A 20x30 frame needs a 21 ft by 31 ft. pad.
- Clear vehicles, RVs, and debris from the site to avoid a build-over fee.
- Leave at least 36 inches of clearance all the way around for panels, framing, and trim.
- Installers arrive with a truck pulling a 30 to 36 ft trailer. Narrow, steep, or tight driveways may not work.
- Have payment ready before the crew arrives.
- Tell us at purchase about any site safety or contractor training requirements.
Failure to prep the site can trigger a return trip fee, so make sure the site is ready before the crew arrives.
Anchoring
- Concrete wedge anchors: Drilled into a concrete pad.
- Asphalt anchors: Four fin, 30 inch, spaced 10 to 15 feet.
- Earth auger anchors: Double helical, for soil or gravel installs.
- Rebar anchors: 30 inch, pin the base rail. Used with every style except concrete.
Wind and snow ratings only hold when the building is anchored correctly for the surface it sits on.
Payment at delivery
