One walk-in door is standard. Roll-up garage doors are quoted per door so you only pay for what you need.

Not required, but recommended for a garage. A slab gives you a clean floor and the best anchoring.

Yes. Roof insulation is an option, and full wall insulation can be added at build time.

Yes. Walk-in doors come with a keyed lockset and roll-up doors have a slide lock.
